Itchy Skin Rashes And Burning Sensation In Groin Area. How To Get Rid Of This?

Hi, i m from India. I have skin rashes , itching, burning sensation and pain near the groin ( the top most part of the inner thighs ). There was too much of itching and burning sensation, hence I used a hair removal cream to get rid of the public hair. Now I have skin rashes, itching, burning sensation and I can see that the skin is cut as well.. Please suggest me what needs to be done.

Hello.You have further irritated the skin by removing the hair.You will need a good steroid cream till the irritation subsides(about 3-4 days).After that,consult a local dermatologist,you will need a skin test for fungus,and later start on antifungal cream and tablets.
