Welcome to Healthcare Magic
Good Day
You probably have a fungal infection due to accumulation of sweat. You need to keep the area dry and clean, avoid sweat accumulation. Change the underwear eveyday. Apply Clotrimazole ointment twice a day. You also need to take Antifungal medicine by mouth called Fluconazole tablet 150mg once a week. Get shown to the Dermatologist if it does not resolve.
