I've Been Backed Up For A Couple Of Days Now.

I've been backed up for a couple of days now. I have went to the bathroom twice but my stool was very little and I had to force it out with my index. I also started taking restoralax twice the dose as recommended by a doctor I seen at the hospital and it has been 2 days and still nothing. I've been using a heating pad but that just seems to ease the pain some what. Please help
