I've Been Extremely Stressed Out Lately (over The Course Of

I've been extremely stressed out lately (over the course of 3 weeks) due to the prospect of being pregnant. To make matters worse, now that I'm nearing my average time of the month, I've been getting brown discharge and cramping instead of actual bleeding. I have not had vaginal intercourse, but I may have come in contact with sperm on my hand while wiping after urinating. I would like to have children someday, but that day isn't here yet...Is this induced by stress?
