I've Been Having Nosebleeds, It Started Yesterday Afternoon It Felt

I've been having nosebleeds, it started yesterday afternoon it felt like I had a cold at first then i got a nosebleed and it seemed to be a lot of blood I could also feel some of it in the back of my throat this happened 2 times yesterday and it happened again this morning and around noon again except this time my nose was hurting a bit, I haven't had nosebleeds since I was a little girl, that's why I'm a bit scared and I just want to know if it's something severe I should be concerned about or if it's just a regular nosebleed and not to worry much about it.
