I've Been On The Depo Shot For About 6 Months.

I've been on the depo shot for about 6 months. I've been having lately is pregnancy related. I've had frequent headaches, nausea, milky discharge, back pains, and cramping. I went to the ER a few weeks ago and I was told I had an UTI, I wasn't pregnant. I believe the test was taken too early in also last on my depo shot so could it have worn off and can't be detected yet? is it possible that the UTI affected my test results?
