I've Had Sinus Issues Over The Last Couple Of Weeks.

I've had sinus issues over the last couple of weeks. Started with a fever and very runny nose. The runny nose subsided but the fever, pain and pressure in my head has been coming and going over the last 16 days. I get pain in the front of my head and right side of my face, including pressure in my teeth. I now have developed diarrhea. My eyelids were itchy and I looked in the mirror and realized I have hives all around my eyes. ( I have cold urticaria, so I do get hives frequently, but I haven't been outside today!) I'm spitting out lots of gross mucous as well. Sinusitis? Acute sinusitis?
