I've Had Very Light Clear Nipple Discharge, No Pain, No

I've had very light clear nipple discharge, no pain, no tenderness, not pregnant. Just took bra off and noticed it, a stain about the size of a quarter. Both cups. Plus a few weeks ago I started having sternum and upper/middle back pain. Chiropractor says ribs are out due to slightly twisted spine. But I'm wondering if the two could be related and more serious such as cancer. 41 year old female. One child, four years old.
I do take trazodone a couple of times a month.
