I've Never Told Anyone This But Nothing Like Has Ever

I've never told anyone this but nothing like has ever happened to me. But about four days ago I fell asleep while I still had my butt plug still inside of me and when I pulled out the next morning nothing was wrong but the next day I noticed what felt like a big pimple but it was real red and l could see little veins inside of it so I was if course worried because it somewhat painful when I coughed or went to the bathroom should I be concerned or just wait it out?
