Jelly Like Discharge Along With On Going Diarrhea During Pregnancy. Is It Time For Delivery?

I have jelly like discharge since yesterday/. and on going diaherea for nearly 6 days.. but it like 2-3 times a day.. I had wetness on my pants but I don t think my waters have broken. I feel no pain just tightening .. what shall I do? shall I go labour ward

The symptoms that you have can be due to dilatation of the cervix. You need to get yourself examined if there is an associated pain.
