Jolting In Heart And Head In Morning

in the mornings i start to move and i get a sudden jolt feeling in my heart or head area kida both its like it takes my breath for a second like a mini stroke are something like that its only in the mornings as i start to move around if i do something suddenly it does it more it happens for about 30 minutes to an hour and then and doesnt do it again until the next morning

Your description is rather too vague to give an appropriate conclusion and suggestion
You have not mentioned your age and gender / Nor habits like tobacco and alcohol?
It may be Postural Hypotension (Blood Pressure) or missed beats
Observe carefully / Sit up in bed a few seconds - Stand by the bed for a few seconds and then walk.
You may have to check your Haemoglobin, sugar and so on
See your GP or family physician - especially at the time of your symptoms, which may be rather difficult!
