Just Noticed A Small, Smooth (rubbery?) Lump On The Right

Just noticed a small, smooth (rubbery?) lump on the right side of my neck (towards the posterior I believe). It is noticeable when looking at the skin; halfway between the shoulder and ear. I can move it between my fingers. What could this be? I also have a tiny pain/soreness on the lower part of the right side of my neck where it connects to my collarbone/shoulder (feels almost like a knot that I need to get massaged).
