Just Received My DEXA Results. Understand The T Score And

Just received my DEXA results. Understand the T score and Z score. But what do the numbers represents for the BMD. For example, 8/14/13, left hip was 0.932. On 10/12/15, It was 0.890. Seems this is an improvement but my T score and Z score worsened.
