KETONES IN URINE WHILE PREGNANT?

I'm 30 weeks pregnant but mearsuring at 33 weeks. Went to the doctor and they said they have found Ketones in my urine ? I ??m not gestational diabetes and I ??m pretty sure I drink plenty of water. What on earth else could it be???? I ??m soo lost! What harm could this do to me or my baby.

ketone in urine means either it is gestational diabetes or it may be due to starvation, get the blood glucose in the form of aceylated hb done and also get the liver function done and also lipid profile done. than you will come to know were what is wrong were?
