in that case she should be under regular nephrologists consultation
also make sure she checks and records her bp regularly, atleast once to twice a week.
also ask her to check out wether she has diabetes and high lipids or not
ask her to take low salt in her diet...
rest all advice would be better given by the nephrologist who examines and manages her...thanks
