Kind Of Blisters That Ooze Water When Scratched, Keeps Recurring. Is It Skin Disease ?

good day' i have this kind of blisters and when i scratch them they become bigger , and i found some water came out from blisters when i try to scratch it. And now they are wounds and it gets bigger and bigger . I have suffered this last summer and until now i still enduring it. It keeps on coming back to my skin even though some other wounds healed already. I don't know what it is, but when we go to the doctor, she said that it is an allergy and recommended me to take some medicine that she suggests to me. I did what she say's to me, but nothing was changed to my skin. I'm worried cause it's almost 5 months but it is still on my body . Please help me to determine this kind of skin disease.
Thank you.
