Knot In Stomach, Pain When Pressing, Vomiting, Headache. Cause?

a small knot observed in left side stomach just above the belly. i am 29 years old male, observed knot in my left side stomach just above the belly. there is pain only if i press hard but if i do anything different from my routine, like travelling , eating , then i have face vomitting and severe headache problems, could you tell me the cause of this? listen to music

The knot may not be related to your vomiting or headache. However it needs proper physical examination to confirm what it is. Further you have stated that when ever you do something different from normal you have this vomiting and headache but have not stated the exact acts. It could be a positional vertigo or spondylosis.
