Knot Inside Calf, Burning Sensation

i have a knot that popped up yesterday on the inside if my calf that is tender and felt like a burning sensation ...knot is still there but not burnibg this morning

Hi, in case this is not tender anymore, i recommend to observe it for few days. If it is reducing in size or disapears nothing to worry. There can be many reasons for such painless swelling. Tc
