LEEP Done After Diagnosing With HPV. Pap Smear Shows Hpv And Cancer Cells In Vagina. Bleeding With Abdominal Pain

I had a radical hysterectomy in 2005 due to endometriosis and extremely bad periods that would make me want to vomit along with diahrea and numberous other feelings. I have recently been diagnosed with hpv and have had a leep done 11 months ago and my last pap still shows hpv and cancer cells in the vagina. I starting bleeding 2 days ago and I have been having pain in my abdomen and feel blotted, sick to my stomach and have pain during sex.

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Leep (loop electrical excisional procedure) is one of the most common approaches used to treat high grade cervical changes.

The persisting presence of precancerous or cancerous changes in the cervix could result in bleeding on intercourse. It may also cause pain.

Your doctor may consider retreatment with another leep procedure or cryotherapy (use of cold therapy).

I hope this helps
