LMP July 1st. Pregnant. Want To Abort. Safe Method For Termination Of Pregnancy?

hi, i am 26yr old, and i have skipped my last month periods, i thought may be due some climate changes it happened so, but again this months date is also passed away, so i have checked with pregnancy kit, nd i came to know that i am pregnant, instead of using protection all the time i had with my boyfriend. My last period date was 1st july, i want to abort the child. Kindly guide me for safe pregnancy termination
