Lack Of Concentration, Mental Pressure, Difficulty To Resleep After Getting Up At Night For Urination. Sign Of Depression?

I am not able to focus & concentrate over my work since last 6-8 months. Mind is always wandering over different thoughts. Mental pressure is increasing with the increase in held up work. Even when I wake up for urination during night, mind starts wandering and it takes 15-30 minutes for resleeping. Do these symptoms suggests any sign of depression. Do I need to consult a psyciatric Dr.
