Hi Doctor,
I lack glow on my body and face.Whatever I eat doesn't add glow to me.Also I have under eye dark circles Which doesn't go.
Age 26 years, Male
Body weight 63 Kgs Height 5'6"
I'm taking following diet:
in morning
amla juice empty stomach along with the water in which dates are soaked overnight.
After some gap
I take oatmeal digestive biscuits,green tea.
Again after some gap
dry fruits (almonds,2 dates),2 bananas,oats and I am taking protein milkshake which comprises multi-vitamins also.Along with this milk I'm taking Ashwashilla Capsule which has following ingredients:

Lunch
Complete food comprising salad,vegetables,rice,curd etc.
At night
Dinner
rice and Pulses,eggs.
Before going to bed
I take honey milk
I sleep around 12 o clock
Do I need to maintain some order/gap between taking these things in diet?
Problems
motions are not that regular .I don't feel that much fresh after waking up and having motion in morning.Please let me know how to handle this.
Also I am observing some hairloss. I am getting it treated at Dr Batra's. In addition should I use MX 5% lotion on my scalp also?
