Lack Of Sleep. Have Goosebumps, No Flu Symptoms, Tiredness. What Is Going On?
Hi,
Recently I've been having lack of sleep due to continuous exams, when I wake up this morning, I get unusual goosebumps which it lasted for around 30 minutes until I wear myself a jacket. I don't have any flu symptoms, could this be caused by my lack of sleep? I've been sleeping only for 3 to 5 hours for the past 4 days. And even though I did slept for 8 hours, it was 6am to 2pm, which makes me feel extremely tired after I wake up.
I understand your concerns. However there are no relationships between your unusual goosebumps and lack of sleep. However lack of sleep can make your performance in your exams go down. I believe that you have been having some allergic reactions to the goosebumps. I also think that your sleep hygiene needs to be corrected. It may be helpful to look up sleep hygiene on authentic website.
Hope this helps. Take care and have a lovely day!
