Large Discolored Patches With Raised Bumps On Inner Thighs, Itching. What Could This Be?

I have large discolored patches with raised bumbs surrounding them on my inner thighs, starting at the base of my leg going down about 3 inches and about 6 inches in width. They cause itching and the skin is very brittle. I dont believe its from rubbing because it happened suddenly a month or two ago and i haven t gained weight. Any ideas?

Hi, it is probably a fungal infection or an intertrigo but i would suggest you to use an antifungal cream like a Livafin cream first ,if it does not resolve than think of using a mild steroid cream. Take care
