Large Hematoma In Knee On Climbing A Ladder. Causes And Treatment?

Hi -- Two month ago I was climbing a latter and suddenly I felt something on my knee . A huge lump occurred Also the blood vessels behind my knee felt different. My doctor said to go the emeregency room so I did was told it was a varicose vein . But turns out it was a hematoma . It has not completely gone. Should I be concerned.

Thanks for query,
Your hematoma was due to leak from your vein while it was stretched due to climbing.
Usually hematoma gets weeks to resolve.It's time depend upon the content of blood in it.
As it regress but not completely gone you need not to worry.
