Large Lump Under Armpit That Is Bluish In Color, Swelling Extends To Breast. Mammogram Normal. What Is This ?

I found a large lump under my armpit that is bluish in color. It is oval shaped and quite large. The swelling extends into my breast and the under part of my arm also seems to be mildly swollen. I had a mammogram done and ultrasound of the lump but both exams were negative but the doctor still seemed concerned. Doctor recommended that if lump did not resolve itself I have further testing done. The lump has not resolved itself. The lump is not painful nor is the tissue around the lump. My right breast appears to be slightly larger than the left especially around the area of the lump. Since I need schedule a followup appointment with a local doctor I am trying to decide if I should see my PCP or my hematologist/oncologist that follows my current autoimmune disorder. I am 51 years old and had a historectomy 11 years ago for early stage cancer. I also have a sister who has a mastectomy as the age of 47 for cancer but her symptoms are not the same as mine. Is this really something I need to followup on right away since my mammo and ultrasound were negative or can I wait....any idea what it could be? Definitely does not appear to be an infection from shaving my armpits, etc. I am also lupus anticoagulant positive but haven't been able to find anything online that shows that autoimmune disorder affects the lymph nodes under the armpit. Thanks in advance for your help.
