Large Red Marks On Legs, Arms, Hairline, Dry, Inflamed, Not Psoriasis. Causes?

I have these big red marks on my legs, arms, and even by my hair line. They are very dry in appearance. They crack, hurt, burm become inflamed. I have had multiple docters look at it they ruled out psoriasis . Nothing seems to help. I have them for years and they just keep getting worse. Any idea as to what they could be?

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello destineedesean, welcome to healthcaremagic,

Its very difficult to diagnose without actually looking at it. Are they scaly, do they itch, Shape and size..? Round or irregular or annular or any other you could describe...Do they bleed ? Was it the dermatologist who ruled out psoriasis or general physician? IF you can post your questions in detail explaining the above mention questions, we could may be come to certain conclusion and suggestions.
