I have a large, swollen vein on the palm of my rt hand. The swelling runs from my pinky down to my wrist .the pinky feels cramped. It s slightly painful. I m a 34 year old female. I have a similar swelling below a scar that runs across the upper part of my stomach ( diaphragm), which appeared 2mths ago, drs put it down to a stitch ( from a liver op 23 years ago) that has popped loose and is now sitting over a pulsing vein in my abdomen and visible as I am slender.
