Last Wednesday I Started With A Head Ache, Chills, Felt

Last Wednesday I started with a head ache, chills, felt achey & low fever. Today, the fever is definitely higher and it took 2 Aleve & 2 hours to bring it down. The other days, I would take one Aleve & still have symptoms, but I not enough to take a second Aleve. At this point, I figure it's an infection, but I don't have any other symptoms such as sore throat.
This is very odd for me because I rarely get sick and when I do, I get over it quickly.
