Last Month I Went To See A GP For Bloating,

Last month I went to see a GP for bloating, gassy stomach, nausea and vomitting. I was told it was acid reflux. Last week I was taken to the a&e for what was diagnosed as acute gastritis. Since then I feel I have a constant urge to vomit while stomach remains gassy and bloated. Bowel movement is like twice a week. Stool smells tarry and is darker than usual. I constantly have heartburn too. FYI too, if it might be related, I am scheduled for a LLETZ (Large Loop Excision of the Transformation Zone) or LEEP (Loop Electro-Excision Procedure).
