Last Night At Midnight Had To Get Up & Had

Last night at midnight had to get up & had very watery poop & 45 minutes later throwing up. Been having back pain today & just while laying down on an ice pack on my back I pressed against my stomach which has been bothering me and there is some pain on the right side when I press it.
