Last Night, Well Around 3am This Morning I Fell Down

Last night, well around 3am this morning I fell down around 5 or 6 stairs face first, I landed on my chest but I heart cracking when I fell (not sure where from) and today my chest is in agony, I can't lie down without getting a sharp pain and when I breathe in I get pain too and occasionally a slight pain at the top of my spine where my back muscles are. should I be worried or will it go away in a couple days without having to visit a doctor?
