Lately My Eyes Have Really Changed. I Couldn't Focus Looking

Lately my eyes have really changed. I couldn't focus looking straight ahead. I ended up getting prisms in my glasses. I have had the strengths upped several times in the last few years. Now my eyes are dry all the time. I have drops for that but they are still dry. So dry that in the mornings I cannot open at least one eyes for several minutes, then it opens result slowly. I always have a film over or in my eyes. But my left is the worst one. Now I can't seem to focus on moving objects , like turning my head to the side and looking at something as we are driving. I can't focus on the ground as I am walking , things seem to move or float.
