Leaking Red Fluid From Ear. Had Wax Removed From Ears. Normal After Ear Wax Removal?
Hey, today i went to an ENT and had earwax removed from my ears, each clump was about the size of a penny in diameter. It hurt quite badly, it felt like a shot. But I felt great and could hear better afterwards. However, my ear has been leaking fluid that is red like blood, not a steady stream but not droplets either. Is this a normal effect after earwax removal?
HI Thank for asking to HCM Ear wax removing is quite painful procedure and some time it causes little trauma to inner ear wall but that is okay, and the oozing of serous material from this abrasion would be likely but that get healed very soon, if it persist then need to be seen have good day.
