A lot of people have some anomalies - missing, misplaced and so on...
Apparently, your anatomical defects have not left any functional defects - you are grown up and intelligent, asking questions! Not everyone has this advantage...
So, the symptoms may be from pressure on adjacent structures or even anxiety from knowing it.
If there is a significant problem, doctors will interfere definitely - it is a mechanical problem and so will need a mechanical relief - surgery... and that is not done light heartedly...
Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
