Left Ear Numbness. Valium, Tramadol, Gabapentin Taken. Recommendations?

Alright, so I just woke up, and my left ear is numb. It's nearly my whole ear, but mostly the lower earlobe (where you would normally pierce it), but moves somewhat into my cheek. Last night I fell asleep in my computer chair, for a few hours, and when I woke up it felt like this too. Now, I must specify that I am a recreational drug user, and yesterday I may have possibly gone a little too far. I took two valium 10mg, fourteen Tramadol hcl 50mg, and about 23-25 Gabapentin slept in an awkward position, causing some pressure to block nerves? There is definite blood flow so that is not a problem. Do you think you can help me?

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Dear,
As per the history you have given and the clinical findings you may be on excessive use of self medication. and that too with excessive misuse of drugs. this may worsen your condition. you need to consult the psychiatry opinion too.
I would suggest you to consult the Specialist if you don’t get relief as on examination the findings may be different and line of treatment may have to be changed.
Yours sincerely
