Left Leg Weaker, Looks Odd. Suggestions?

Hi...I am from india..my left is slightly weaker than right leg however I can walk and run well.but due to this weakness I can not wear tight jeans ,troushers etc because it looks very odd...I feel very disappointed and people used to laugh at me..I am 28 years old..Is there any process to make my left leg normal..please suggest me I will be very thankful to you..

Weak or weaker in what sense? it does not clear any thing, in medicine weak always refer as loss of power and tone, unable to move in either directions, but in your case and from the given history it can be concluded that the mass of leg is less than the other one (thin) reduced volume, if the under laying cause of this is some neurological disease, as for example Polio, then sorry to say you that there is no cure for this, you can avoid wearing tight jeans, this the only remedy you can try, have good day
