Left Ovary Is Enlarged Due Cyst. Right Ovary Contains Free Pelvic Fluid. Is It Dangerous?
My left ovary is enlarged by a 3.8cm cyst. The left ovarian volume is 31.2cc (5.2 x 2.4x4.9) the right ovary is normal in appearance and contains a collapsing 1.8 cm cyst. Right ovarian volume is 9.7cc (2.5x1.7x4.3) there is free pelvic fluid. My question is do u think its dangerous? And what do it say?

You should do control at your gynecologist,to control your periods and follow up.
