Left Sided Frontal/eye Pain In The Evening And Nose Bleed. Is It Infected Sinuses Or Something Else?

my husband has had evening left sided frontal/eye pain on/off for some months. lately he is also having spontaneous left sided nose bleeds. He has also had bloody discharge sometimes which returns inspit of antibiotics. Does he needs more investigations or just keep treating it as infected sinuses?
