Left Sided Groin Pain, Unclear Stool Movement, Erection Issues. CA Uses?

I have been experiencig a pain in my left side groin area.My stool movement is also not very clear.I feel that the pain subsides once my stool areclear but then re surfaces again.Have been having erection issue(i do get erection but it is not stiff enough and i lose the erection soon).Although I am not sure but i think there is a slight swelling in one of the vein ..

Groin pain with relation to stools is related to the bowels. A surgical gastro- enterologist should help you.
For erectile problem, you need physical examination and life style changes/ erection enhancing drugs should help.
Kindly take medical advice.
