Left-sided Stomach Pain, Chest Tightness, Loss Of Appetite, Fever, Cough, Fatigue. Treatment?

Hi, I have been having bad upper stomach pain on the left side. It comes in like waves and it feels as if my mid chest and heart tighten up for about 3 seconds then it goes away. It s scary and happens at least once a minute. Also I have not been able to use the bathroom regularly, number 2 that is. Some other symptoms i have are loss of appetite , fever, cough , and fatigue . These symptoms vary from different things, do you have any clue what this might be?

Dear sir, these symptoms definitely means something and you should visit hospital. You didnt mention for how long has it been like this but fever, cough and fatigue are signs of acute respiratory infection which can be mild or severe. This left sided pain can be caused by lung inflammation, bit also gastric disordes such as GERD and ulcer should be considered. These waves u re describing are significant for angina pectoris so cardiology workup shoud be done. So the conclusion is that you have at least 3 organs which need to be checked up. I advice you to visit your GP as soon as possible and plan your next steps.

Wish you good health, Dr. Ivan Romic (Rominho)
