Left Testicle Getting Bigger And Harder. Any Ideas?

I am 59 years old. A month ego i noticed my left testicle was geting bigger and harder than my right testicle. I have no pain but it doesn"t look normal to me. I went to see a Urologist last week. He said something was going on but he said there was no tumor after examinig it by himself.

Other than a discomfort, i have no pain or changes in my sex life.

I will apreciate your comments greatly!...

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having either left sided indirect inguinal hernia or hydrocele.
consult surgeon and get examined.
On clinical examination he will have more precise information of your problem.
