Pulmonologist 's  Response
Hi,
Xray picture seems to be of COPD with old healed infection.
Do you smoke? Did you ever have TB in the past? What are your current symptoms?
Ct will clear the findings.
Pulmonologist consultation is advisable.
Regards
Dr Mishra
