Lesions With Tentacles On Face, Several Under The Scab. What Is This?
Lesions on face with long fleshy roots anchored inside of what first appears as a pimple that are strechy when i try to pull them out with tweezers but when i do get them out they appear to have tentacles at the end and they leave a pin hole that bleeds a lot...there are several under the scab of an acne lesion that does not seem to heal until i pull them all out...there seems to be most under the rim of the lesion...what is this??
You seem to have developed filiform warts over your face Such lesions have a look like various fingers projecting from a single root. These are skin colored and project from a single spot and on pulling, sometimes you can detach them from their attachment, but these tend to recur. This viral infection needs proper treatment in the form of removel by using various measures like chemical cautery, electric cautery of Radiofrequency removal. But early treatment of these lesions is very important as these have a tendency to spread very soon So i would advise you to see a specialist soon for the same
Hope it helps Dr Geetika Paul
