Lethargic, Bloating After Eating, Hunger Levels High, Sleep Patterns Affected. What Could Be The Reason?
Hello -- For almost ten years, I have dealt with the following symptoms that occur immediately after I eat. Within minute of finishing a meal (or even during), I become lethargic. My stomach bloats up and I feel as if I have put on five pounds in a matter of minutes. The lethargy becomes so bad that I often can not function and need to take a nap. At the same time, my hunger levels remain consistently high. I often can regurgitate fully eaten meals a half hour to an hour after intaking the meal. My sleep patterns are affected, as when I wake up, I normally feel as if I haven t slept at all.

the problem you have mentioned is fairly common with majority of us..since you are suffering since long time let me tell you some of the causes of bloating
1)improper digestion or indigestion
2)consuming excess sweets and excess fats
3)depleted normal colonic flora..or less amount of friendly bacterias in intestines
4)acid peptic disease
5)consuming gas forming food in excess
6)slow bowel movement
7)eating in a hurry
8)erratic eating timings
so my suggestion will deal with the above factors..do follow them..i hope it will help you out a great deal
1)lessen down fats and sweets from your diet
2)do not over eat at all...
3)eat slowly
4)consume lots of fibre in your diet
5)consume yogurt in any form everyday to restore the colonic flora
6)lessen down spicy and acidic food..and stick to alkaline food
7)DO NOT SLEEP AFTER MEALS..DO NOT..
8)PLENTY OF EXERCISE TO PEP UP YPUR LAZY BOWEL
9)HAVE LEMON WATER AS SOON AS YOU GET UP
10)BREATHING AND SE STRESSING EXERCISES
it will take some time to get rid of this problem..so do all this religiously and gradualy you will notice the difference
