Levofloxcin And Cefodoxomin After Culture Of Urine. USG Done And Prostrate Grew. BPH Normal. Proper Treatment?

I have been receiving levofloxocin and cefodoxomin with culvinate for about 9 months. This is prescribed by doctors after culture of urine which showed positive. Fact is urination become normal for first 10/12 days of medication but starts pain, delayed urination and halt for more than hour during first morning urination. The doctor goes for another medication become okay for 10/12 days and previous problem. Doc goes back to levofloxocin become okay for 10/12 days. Its going on. Now doctor considering cestscope. What actually happened to me. By the way I have two usg done in 20 years gap and prostrate grew by 2.5mm on hence considered it not prostratis or BPH.
What it could be or what would be my proper treatment?

Thanks for the query to H.C.M.Forum.
Since you mentioned that your are taking levofloxacin and cefpodoxime+clauvlanic acid from 9 month , unbelievable ?
No doubt you mention that drugs were prescribed after culture and sensitivity test , its all right .
But , what is the root ( source ) cause of infection.
May be ,
1 Glomerulonephritis , diagnosis can be confirmed by M R I of both kidney , with ureter and all urinary tract system .
As you stated that in the gap of 20 years 2 ultrasound done , so this is not relevant in 20 years , particularly when urine infection present .
So consult an urologist and get his opinion.
2 Chronic renal failure , diagnosis can be confirmed by kidney function test as serum creatinine level ( most important tool in diagnosis of kidney failure).
3 Tuberculosis of kidney , get in blood for C B C , E S R ( if very very high than go for any chronic disease related to kidney).
Any how don't think about prostate , only one indication of prostate enlargement is there as retention ( delayed ) of urine for 1 hour early in the morning.
Prostate only retain the urine not infect it .
The cause of concern is recurrent urine infection.
