Light Bleeding After Urination, Breast Pain, Weakness. ET 6.8, Follicle Size 25mm. Faint Positive Line In Pt. Advise?

I spotted light bleeding on the first three days of my periods only when I use to wipe post urinating, nothing was visible on the napkin, my doctor did a follicular study on the second day of my period and found that ET is 6.8 and follicle size is 25mm....I m experiencing pain in my boobs and weakness in my body.. I did a pregnancy home test on the third day of my period and found light line on the positive end...What is the reason for all this

Hi and thanks for the query,
Bleeding after urination is usually associated with a urinary tract infection. When it occurs after bleeding the bladder is usually the affected site. However, it is important that you do another pregnancy test. The blood Beta HCG level measurement shall be the ideal in this case, for it shall give a diagnosis and the quantity of this measure gives an idea of the vitality of the fetus. I strongly suggest you visit your gynecologist for a urine analysis, culture and antibiotic sensitivity test coupled with the Beta HCG measure. Hois clinical evaluation is of utmost importance too in this case.
