hi
thanks for your query
it seems not to be a attack but you can`t ignore that you should consult to physician to get an ECG if he suggest
most common symptoms of heart attack are—Chest pain or discomfort., Shortness of breath when exercising or during another vigorous activity.,A fast heartbeat., Weakness, dizziness, nausea .Increased sweating.
take care and get well soon
Hi,
It is unlikely that you have heart attack. Heart rate of 73 is normal. Do you have any positive family history? Do you have any obvious risk factors like smoking? If they are there it is better to consult a cardiologist.
It is unlikely because you are just 33. Greasy food intake can not bring an acute heart attack.
Don't worry.
