Light Headedness, Tachycardia, Head Pressure, Strep Throat, Elevated Liver Enzymes. CT Scan Normal. Treatment?

I was in the ER with light headedness, tachycardia and pressure in the head. They ran some test with included D dimer, which was in the 2000 and chest ct normal; ct of head normal. Dx me with viral sydrome. Then I went to my doc and I was dx with severe strep throat and elevated liver enzymes in the 400s. What do you think may be going on with me?

Hi,

It sounds like a viral syndrome. If you are treated with antibiotics and other medications correctly, nothing to be worried.

Just take some rest, drink plenty of water, follow your doctor's advice accordingly.
