Light Pain In Upper Left Chest, When In Hurry Pulse Increases. Anything To Worry?

Hi i keep getting a light pain in the left upper chest, sometimes this pain is sharp and it hurts to inhale, although it passes after i calm myself down, sometimes its just a longing pain that just seems to sit there and whenever i move sudden or rush around my pulse increases,

should i be worried?

im 26, and have asthma

Thanks for visiting HCM.
Two things which must be ruled out here is angina though less common, and acid reflux. I advise you to go for electrocardiography especially stress cardiography. If it is normal go for barium meal to look for any acid ulcers.
Benign breast condition fibroadenosis may have similar complaints but pain will be severe and there will be a cord like lump felt in the breast.
A chest xray will help you in ruling out any underlying lung disease.
If all are normal just take a try of analgesic and muscle relaxant along with anti acidic agents like omeprazole and everything will be fine...
